So, going along with my previous entry, I'm going to stop assuming a lot of stuff, but to do that I need your help. Basically, I'm going to be asking questions, and the first (and I think most obvious) one I have is:

What's so good about drugs?

I don't think I've ever heard of anything "really" positive about drugs and that's about it about that.

People are going to do what they want to do and that's about that about it.

Well. I am not an incredibly experienced drug user (which is good) but I know a couple things. Pot is just relaxing and fun. If you're already in an alright mood, its just a fun thing to do, not to be like "ohh god I have no way out except smoking" but just to chill and have fun with friends. Same thing goes for alcohol, except that then you spend a day or two feeling pukey and sorry for yourself if you accidentally over do it. That's not great AT ALL. Its just a recreational thing for lots of people, its when it gets out of control or its a dangerous drug that its a problem.

That is all.

So basically, drugs make you feel good, and if you don't watch out, they can become addicting, but generally they're used only to get away from the world? And people know that they're bad for you, so they're basically like a really bad guilty pleasure? Or something?

mmm...kinda. To get away, or just to have some fun with your friends some boring weekend. Pot isn't as bad as cigarettes, as long as you dont smoke too often. Alcohol in moderation (like a glass of wine a day) can even be good for you. Other drugs are really bad for you generally, especially in the long run.
