One of my old coworkers used to sing the MegaMan theme (the one that played whenever you got a new power), would pose just like MegaMan, and say "You Got The [whatever was in his hand]. Obscure but totally awesome

The test to get your endorsement is pretty easy too. I suggest actually going through the MSF though.
