Morning ate three pancakes with confectionars sugar
Drank two cups of coffee and two cups of milk
Lunch ate egg sandwich with lightly salted chip and non caffienated soda
Snack ate one cinnemon roll
Ate a few chips and maizana

Today is the day i will start a food blog or diary. Today April 11, 2016, my goal is to weigh 120 right now i weigh 217. I know that is borderline obese but can mean diabetes susceptability. I want to be at a healthy weight and think about the future. I dont care about public opinion. I am doing this for me.
