I know I started watching the show recently, but I fell in love with this characters to a point where I feel like I've been with them for 5 years, so this are my thoughts

LOL... I loved your recap. My stupid DVR broke down and didn't record the second half of the finale of "Chuck". So I didn't get to see it! Also, it turns out NBC doesn't have it available ANYWHERE else for legal download. And I can't find an illegal version I can trust. So, I went ahead and spoiled myself and read reviews everywhere. I have no idea how it played out onscreen, but - from the reading what happened - I'm a little pissed. That's an awful way to end a 5 year ship. (It's almost as bad as the future flash forward with Clois where it turns out they never really got married even seven years later.) What was the point of having her lose her memories? It would have made the most sense to do a flash forward to them being in their dream home, with a kid running around, and Sarah pregnant with their second kid. Why the need to have a bittersweet ending for a show that was always more of a light comedy than a drama?

I used to make recaps like this one for Smallville... back in season 8 and the first half of season 9, then I started to have a life and I had to stop :(. My Smallville recaps had pictures and all, they were pretty

Yeah, I have no clue what they were thinking with this ending. I actually DID watch "Chuck" from beginning (saw the Pilot when it first aired) and I don't think this is a satisfying conclusion at all. This is a group of people who basically wrote 4 series finales (because they were always on the bubble) and they walked into THIS one knowing it was the end. And those other three were much better than this. I truly don't understand it.
