One thing I have to note in Twentica, unless I just saw the movement wrong - when Lister gets into the front of the car, and then Rimmer gets in the same side and Lister has to shove over (or is it the other way around?). My point is, why didn't they just use the different doors? LOL. But the funny part I'm getting to is Rimmer asking why Lister didn't hotwire a bus, and the look Lister gives him - it reminded me of the look Grandma used to give Grandpa when she was trying to figure out if he was just being forgetful, or if it was truly something she hadn't already told him 560 times before.

You definitely succeeded it that. :-) That interaction between your grandparents also seems spot on. *laughs*
I hope there are more slashy moments to come in series XI. I think I'm starved for more Lister/Rimmer exclusive interactions. Not that I don't love Cat and Kryten too, but it's been so long since we had a good bunk scene that wasn't cut from the aired show. I really hope we get an episode that really focuses on their relationship. Fingers crossed. :-)

(Of course, there's also chatter/rumor/speculation/whatever that Linda goes out and surfs fannish interactions online, including fanfic, to get a feel for what the fans like best, too ....)
