Chinese meal out
Went out for a belated birthday lunch to a Chinese restaurant in Southport. While we were there, there was a family birthday going on for a 7 year old boy. Changed my mind
I’ve changed my mind re. the last post. Just seen a more recent pic and he’s horrible. Greasy and an orange tan. He’s got those big holes in his ears from those disc stud things.

Age and looks
A lad I used to fancy when I was 14 turned up on Facebook. Usually I’m shocked at the change in people I used to know many years ago but this was a pleasant surprise. He is extremely good looking.

Low waist/high hips
There’s not much room between my hips and my ribs. I supposed to place the pads of my new Slendertone abs 7 between my hip bone and first rib and there is far less room on my body than the one in the picture. I hope I’m doing it right.

Womens incontinence is talked about these days as often, and as casually as the sneezing and coughing that can cause it. Apparently we’re all at it and it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
