So I was just thinking about this story and out come an update from you! (nope, not saying this to make you happy, but it really did come up in my mind while reading other fics...weird huh?)

More insight on Yuu's personality! I like how he doesn't hide his tears in front of a lady (since he's born in a samurai family, it's common for samurai men to not show their weakness)and how he's mindful of his behaviour when in both his lover's and 'wife' presence.

And Kouyou'll probably figure out that Yuu and Yutaka are more than close friends soon I think....he seem pretty observant in their body language and interaction. I'm worried for Kouyou though - who'll want to kill him?! Someone in Yuu's clan? Hmm...

Ah, but I'm really not used to Aoi and Kai been so intimate with each other lol. It feels really...weird. But, I know Aoi will eventually end up with Uruha so it's okie :) Now I'm pretty excited to know what's going to happen in the next chapter, since you mentioned there'll be Aoiha in it lolloll.

It wasn't boring at all, it made me really happy I found an update for this story!

I'm so curious about the tragedy Yuu's sister carelessly mentioned upsetting Yuu with it!

I really like the interaction between Yuu and Yutaka, they are such a good team ... and also a lovely couple. And it makes me very happy how Kouyou and Yutaka seem to get along so well - actually I had a hope there won't be any problem between them, but seeing them chatting over tea was so reassuring! : D

And this situation around Yuu still makes me worry so much! I wonder why Kouyou's life in danger... The whole idea of giving Kouyou a dog as present was because of this? First I thought he's just being nice/relieved - because the girl he supposed to marry was a really nice surprise, getting to know her so far left him with good impressions. And also he felt the need to paint her portrait too - while he admitted he wasn't this kind of artist at all... Interesting...

I can't wait to know more!

The tragedy shall remain a secret... for now. ;) I think some of my readers were wondering what it would be like for Yutaka and Kouyou. At this point, I think they're slowly becoming good friends.

You're the only one who noticed that Yuu giving Kouyou a dog was in a way, to protect him, without seeming to obvious to what he was doing. Or maybe there are other intentions~

It took me almost 9 hours to finish reading this since I'm at work right now and as always, it's hella busy. But this is a very good stress reliever and I enjoyed reading every part and small bits of it.

The small YuuxKai moment freaked me out a little, but yeah, that's just my hardcore Aoiha side screaming jealousy, hahaha! But I'm glad that things are going well between Yuu, Kouyou and Kai. The painting was one proof of that and it was so sweet of Yuu to do that! Surely, he feels something for Kou, right? Please let it be so!!!! XDD

Awww bb... the long wait was worth it and I'm so excited to find out what you have in store for us in the next chapter! Hope you will update soon.^^

Ah, it's okay! Those scenes and moments are rather difficult to write so I understand. Kai is definitely my favourite, but Aoi/Uruha is always my OTP, no exceptions. ;)
