Why don't you report your neighbours?! If their dogs are as aggresive as you're saying and they can roam around freely unguarded, they can hurt nor only other animals but people too!

We've called animal control on them so many times before over the past six years, but every single time they send someone over to their house, they find nothing wrong. =__=

It's complete crap. Also because there's no actual proof these dogs did this, we can't really do anything. Considering they're the only dogs on the street that can roam around, and my cat doesn't like dogs at all (not even mine) it's highly likely one of them did it though. :/

How is that even possible? If their dogs are so bad behaved, then how can they find nothing wrong with them? Even if they were the perfect dogs, your neighbours ought to fence their prperty since someone doesn't feel comfortable with them roaming around.

Well, unfortunatelly since the accident already happened, you can't get any proof that their dogs are responsible, unless they admit it :/ You can put cameras around though. All you have to do is have solid proof that those dogs (and your neighbours) need to calm their shit down! That's what I wanted to do when one of my neighbours poisoned our dog's mother.

Aw~! I when I use to live with my parents, I had several outside cats, that the neighborhood mutt would grab one and take off with the cat and the poor baby wouldn't be seen again. DX
All the love to Peppy <3 <3 <3 <3

awww poor Peppy :( I feel really sorry for him.
I love animals and I just hate to see they are being hurt :(
No words will give him back his tail, so I at least hope neighbors will do something with their dogs, so they wouldn't hurt any of your cats anymore. At least he can be still with you <3
I've lost my dog last week, and I couldn't even say goodbye :(
Even though Peppy lost his tail, I bet he will still be happy with you and your other cats :)
