Conrad had dressed casual for this occasion. He guessed that this was not a formal meeting. Right on time he knocked at Rose´s door. As a guest´s present he brought with him a special kind of tea which he had found in one of the shop in town. He had picked it up a few days ago, thinking that it sounded interesting enough and it came in handy now for his appointment with Rose.

Rose opened the door and smiled. "Ah, Signor Weller! Welcome." She stepped aside and allowed the other to come in. "Please, make yourself comfortable."

She closed the door behind her guest and proceeded to light a few more candles. "So, what would you like for me to read today? Your future in wealth, love, happiness?"

Conrad looked around. He couldn´t deny but Rose seemed to have a rather exotic taste when it came to her home decoration.

"First I would like to thank you for your invitation," he offered his small present with a bow. "It´s not much but I hope you have use for it."

"You're always welcome in my home, whether it be here or abroad." Rose was about to continue when Conrad offered her the present. "Oh, my. You didn't have to bring me anything." She graciously accepted the gift, opening it to reveal the tea. Needless to say, Rose was very pleased with it.
