This evening, Yozak had only been roaming around the city, taking a walk for some fresh air. His sparring sessions almost daily were leaving him a little battered and bruised, but none the worse for wear overall. The bright lights of the City at night made it difficult to see stars, something Yozak somewhat lamented as he returned to the House of Arms and went upstairs to the room he shared with Conrad.
He pushed open the door, and upon glimpsing Conrad's feet propped on the end of the couch, he sang, "Honey, I'm home~..."
"Funny. Very funny, Conrad." Yozak locked the door behind him and came over by Conrad, flopping into a chair near him and kicking off his shoes. "That must be a pretty good book, you haven't set it down since before I went out."
"It´s okay. I have waited for you to finish your business and fun part of the day," Conrad replied and laid the book on his chest, looking at the redhead.
This time he didn´t look drunk. At least something.
