Make a list of 100 things you like in no particular order. Avoid the obvious (significant other, cake...) and be completely honest with yourself. If you try to think of things that you are curious about and inspired by, you'll end up discovering a lot about yourself and in doing so developing a sort of

if i ever have time to skive work again now that i'm back and have Things To Do, i'm going to do this. i did it last night in my head until i fell asleep - that may well be number one on the list itself!

Oh, bah, the Things To Do. I have Things To Do too, in fact. I tend to lie in bed worrying, so making good lists is quite a fab antidote.
