I ordered a case of 1989 Upper Deck baseball cards. I plan on opening a pack every time I am having a bad day. So I should burn through the case in about a month.

The main gathering for today's game in Berlin was in Tiergarten Park, directly behind the Brandenburg Gate. I got there about an hour and a half before game time and they had stopped letting people in, there must have been a quarter of a million or more. I've spent the last two nights on a converted Ferry on the Spree river in east Berlin. It's now a hostel and it's one of the best I've ever been in. It doesn't have the social life, public space, or any of the other stuff I normally like about hostels. It does have big rooms, and a nice lounge on the upper deck. My favorite part so far..
