Easiest and tastiest way to try tofu at home: Buy firm/extra firm seasoned tofu, ( White Wave brand, Baked Thai is personal favorite, it is cooked and doesn't come in liquid ) at the grocery store, look in health food section. Heat some oil in frying pan, add sliced tofu, add package of frozen mixed veggies, saute and serve. Yum :)

i found that tofu is kind alike mushrooms...it just takes upton the taste of whatever its cooked in and adds basically just a texture. u can put it in basically anythign you would put mushrooms in.

danielle and i are doing GREAT! i just went over last night and cooked her my homemade chiken parmesian with Asiago cheese. it was good and she liekd it. were happier than weve veer been! thx for asking!
