So a car, a fleet of cop cars, a fire truck, and an ambulance pull into a side street....

So, I'm chilling in the bedroom because--while Jensen is very pretty--I don't like watching the kill movies. XD

I hear a siren go and think "wow, it's 2:30 in the morning, wtf?" and sit up to look out the window and a car goes by at an "all right, officer, I'm slowing down and looking for a decent spot for you to ticket my ass at" pace, with police car--obviously--just behind. I'm thinking, ah, speeding.

Not five minutes later another cop car comes gliding down the street, no lights or sirens, and I think, ah, back-up. Good call.

Then the third one comes with the lights going, and the fourth--sixth/seventh (I lost count! I lost count of the cop cars coming down the street!) follow one at a time, and I think, oh shit's going down.

It can't have been too far away, because by the last car they're backed up to where I can just see the rear bumper. I couldn't tell if there was any yelling half the time because people were dying in the living room for S's enjoyment ( ;D ), but there were no gun shots so it became a question of "how many people were in the car pulled over and how many cops is it going to take to bring them down?"

Now I'm only occasionally glancing, because I don't need anyone going "that person there! They know something!" and busting down the door to either (a) kill me, or (b) haul me in for questioning.

After maybe 15 minutes a few of the cop cars back out of our street.

Then, quietly, the fire truck shows! :D And the firemen don't rush with their hoses anywhere!

Then, also quietly, the ambulance shows! And no one rushes out like mad to save anyone!

Finally, people get out of the ambulance all chill and they take a gurney out of sight, coming back later with a dude that has his head all wrapped in gauze--looking like they do in older cartoons/movies where the guy has a toothache?--and load him up. They back away, fire truck backs away, a few more cop cars leave.

Then a flatbed truck comes out of nowhere from the other end of the street! I think it was a tow truck, but I'm not sure since it was an unknown addition to my cast. =_= A cop car came from the original end of the street, pulled up alongside it, then backed out, the tow truck following.

I have no idea what happened, but neither does shark, since she was too busy watching 3-D in 2-D and couldn't hear over the sound of people dying. lol
