My eyebrows are turning white for the winter. If I look to my left I can see a tiger and two artichokes and behind me the Hudson is halfway frozen over.
i biked to work the other day, up to 168th, on the west side bike path. the whole time, the wind blew the water, rippling it, causing the ice to crack and groan against the dilapidated pilings and icy riparian rocks.
it was too cold to be riding to work, but the icesounds were pretty.
I love those old pilings and piers on the west side. I used to climb around on them in the mornings and have some really bad scars for my efforts and because I can't do anything without getting hurt. I would like icesounds because I like snow crunch noises.
