I'm selling a
2004 Ford Taurus Wagon. It's been a great car, but I don't need two which is why I'm selling it (I'm keeping the PT Cruiser because it gets better gas mileage; the Taurus gets between 22-25 MPG from what I recall). It has just under 112,000 miles on it and has had regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.) to my knowledge for the last 4 years (when I bought it). I bought it from a dealer in Rochester and as far as I remember, it only had one prior owner. It's dark grey or silver with grey interior (actually, the picture on the
KBB page is the same color).
I've had it checked out at Conway Auto to be sure there's nothing lingering and would be happy to provide a copy of their Safety Inspection results (in a nutshell, everything checks out just fine, but it's likely that the tires will need to be replaced before winter).
I plugged in all the features at Kelley Blue Book and
here's how they value it. Because it will soon need new tires, I'm asking $4,750 for it, which is slightly below the KBB value for a Private Party sale.
