§ Oldest of three children, all born to a police officer and a college professor.
§ Family relocated to New York when Ella was 14.
§ Graduated top of her class, started as an intern at Beauregard & Associates when she was 19.
§ Was engaged to be married once but ended things with her fiance three months before the wedding.
§ Her younger brother, Danny (21), is constantly in and out of trouble. He constantly calls Ella when he needs help because their parents have cut him off.
§ She's helping to pay for her sister's college tuition, which is some of why she works so hard.
