I have to say that the new Dr.Who is sexy and funny and science-y enough to not need a spinoff. Torchwood doesn't begin to compare. The new season is promising to be amazing.

Now I just need to watch the season and a half that I missed. Oy.

Haha~ I love Torchwood. I've decided to watch Dr. Who before getting into the second season of Torchwood, though, so I can have a better idea of what's going on...

Definitely do that. You know how awesomely cracked out Torchwood is? DW is ten times more so.

Quite honestly, anything with Captain Jack and I'm pretty much good to go. ;] (...Although there is no Ianto in Dr. Who)

Honestly, I want to like Jack, but John Barrowman freaks me out a bit. Don't know why.

That lack of Ianto is very bad though. Maybe the Doctor will need someone to make tea, and keep everyone on task? People cross over a lot on DW and Torchwood.
