I am loving every single bit of this story and cannot wait for the rest of it. Your study group characterization is SPOT ON and I love your use of original characters.
I know it's tough when real life gets in the way, but I just wanted to say thank you for writing this and taking the time to post!!

Hahaha. Poor Abed. He handled that pretty well considering Annie seemed like she was about to explode.
I love that Jeff knows Annie so well that he can prep Abed on how to handle her. At this point, after so many years together, it makes sense, but it still gave me a little thrill to read it.
"Jeff?" Bianca asks politely.
"My dad," cuts in Abed, and he catches Annie's eye as both of their mouths twitch, though hers contains a hint of disapproval at the reference.
I laughed out loud at that, I hope that made it onto Abed's video. It would serve Jeff right, even if he's planning a Valentine's Day surprise for Annie. Brilliant.
I love all of the callbacks as well, the chloroform and robotic Abed. It brings it all full circle for me so the jump in time doesn't feel so acute. The missing years seem to fall away, if that makes sense.
"It's cool. Troy said he's been there for more than enough of your relationship."I SINCERELY hope that's a teaser of what's to come, because that sounds pretty hysterical ( ... )
