Being a trainer and a trainee

The IM team (my old team) just hired a new associated. Due to the team having limited resources, I'll help with the training this week. I will be with the new gal half a day from Monday to Friday. When I trained, I feel confident coz I know the stuff and I know I'm good at training. It's a nice break from the SIM team (my new team) intensive

You've only been in your new team for a week; you can't expect yourself to have learned everything already. You will learn it all eventually, it's just going to take some time, so you (and your trainer) should be patient. :)

I agree, but I guess I have the tendency to push myself too hard at work. Myself (and I think my supervisors and trainer too) have great expectation for me. I'll write more about my new role in a post.
