What's shaking?

We had an earthquake today, a very respectable 5.8 centered in Virginia a bit south of DC. Nightmares, here I come! The whole thing was worse because Emily was in school, so I couldn't get in touch with her, and Megan was in our house by herself. Stress! are Earthquakes not that common over there? Over here is like the earthquake festival :_______D (I'm getting acustomed to wake up with an earthquake xDDDDD

gosh! The whole earthquake thing stressed me out and I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL IT. I was worried about everyone!

I CAN'T STAND THE VERY IDEA OF EARTHQUAKES.

Glad everyone is okay and ... everything is calming down... I hope.

Natural disasters are a fairly foreign concept where I live. Earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, typhoons, tsunamis, not here.

Well, I'm doing fine. But classes are starting up again soon, and then I'll be able to stress over that, hooray. Still, that's nothing terrible in the least. Best of luck to you.
