The pull cord on my living room blinds broke so I went to Home Depot to look for a replacement cord. They sell other replacement parts but not that one -- they told me I had to bring in my blinds and they'd ship them off for $25 and in a couple weeks they'd be fixed. (These are cheap metal blinds that cost less than $50 (31£).) So I walked over
