[What's okay to mention around him/her] I really can't think of anything that wouldn't be okay to mention to her, so just have at.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] If she falls unconscious, her magic power basically erupts and can potentially hurt those around her. Though she's not as frail as she was as a child, so it's incredibly rare for this to happen.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I'll specify in the post how easily hackable her strikes and filters are.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Sure, go for it. It'll probably be pretty easy.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Again, go for it. Just be wary about the whole 'falling unconscious = power boost' thing.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Again, go for it. But be prepared for severe awkward-ness on Kisara's part, and let me know ahead of time if you plan to do anything too serious.
