Um...down south, its "bless your heart..."

As in, "Bless her heart, she tries, but she looks like a total skank."

It's throwing a bit of salt in the wound, because if you're from the South (or have lived in the South for any extended period of time), you know you have just been laid low with a total smackdown.

The "bless your heart" would imply I have no sympathy. The >:) after it means I was making a joke based on the other comments in my post.
