"barefoot and pregnant" implies that she is just a baby maker and housemaid, so in a lot of cases telling a woman that is how you want her is the same as saying you dont want any input from her, just cook, clean the house and bear children.

Its not wrong to find someone pregnant beautiful, that is a good thing.
