This is one of those times when I wish there really were a hell for someone like that to burn in.
My dad hated cats--they used to come and do their business in the sandbox he made for us kids--and would take a BB gun to them if they were on our property (keep in mind that cats were pretty feral where we lived). BUT when kittens came around he'd get out the hose instead. Even *he* had standards.
Though, I have to say, I'm not entirely sure I'm in favor of someone posting a 'free kittens' sign for feral cats. Sounds like it's asking for trouble.
This reminds me of that 4chan image that's been floating around...a series of pics showing a really cute cat being doused with lighter fluid and subsequently set aflame. It's incredibly depressing how cruel people can be.
