We met a very nice man this evening who has already been helpful. When we got there, the first thing he did was pull out a map of the area and tell us pretty much everything we need to know, including where the best hiking and skiiing and 4-wheeling areas are, and (upon request, of course) where the most conservative areas are. We'll try to stay

I shouldn't be surprised. When we went for a walk on the beach toward the end of high school (before we started dating in the time period that led up to marriage), he walked into Lake Erie with shoes and socks on. And somehow he got wonderful grades in insanely high-level calculus classes. It's just what makes him unique, I guess. But it really pisses me off when he leaves the gloves in the car and then scrapes snow and ice off the car. Why, dammit, why???
