(no subject)
Well, i have 2 more finals, tonight and tomorrow morning, then I'm packing my bags,going to a wedding and then going home! I hope I'll be able to return to some graphics making over the winter break. :)
So I went to see Wicked last night with a few friends, and it was amazing!! I've been listening to the music ever since i got back. I love it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!! :D If you ever have the chance to see it, please do. You won't regret it. :)
I saw it with Eden Espinosa as Elphaba and Megan Hilty as Glinda and Derrick Williams as Fiyero and Carol Kane as Madam Morrible and David Garrison as the Wizard. The cast was great! I'm in love with their Defying Gravity. Yikes. It was amazing. :D
And i come bringing another poem, which i think is one of the best i've ever done. ;)
The struggling writer pops a pill
and laughs while scribbling out his will
the lady dies, the man is scorned,
the soldiers fight while veil is torn
what end will come, what love will win
these barely known before the fin
and far some unwashed populace
will sit and read with tearstained face
of heroes bold with derring-do
and lovers to their own hearts true
and sometimes when the pen is dry
the pages are left asking why
but scratching pen will come again
when inspiration comes with ken
and writer sits and scribbles on
as wood-pulp beaten's writ'n upon
