Petty Larceny: Theft of Company Time

My boss left early today.  I love it when that happens.  This job is infantilizing.  Today, my boss told me we'd be giving a full refund to a man who had called yesterday.  He'd registered for some session only the day before (Monday), and then realized he could not attend and wanted to cancel.  My boss insisted that he would lose his deposit--$100
