After my 2nd brain kaboom, I was in the hospital for 5 weeks, home for 3, back in the hospital for another 4, and then in day therapy in Baltimore for 3 months. I don't remember most of what I did/what happened during my 3 week stint at home but I do remember being REALLY depressed. One of my all-time favorite songs is "Kyrie" by Mr Mister but since I was mad at God for not letting me die, I didn't listen to that at all. I remember putting "Hold On" by Good Charlotte on repeat, listening to it over and over again. When I was back in the hospital and in day therapy, I would listen to it on my iPod. That song saved me from complete madness and desolation many times.
