you should post what you have so far. it will be much easier to add sparkles to something that already exist than to create something all new with sparkles.
1. Never make anything up. 2. Just write and write and write. You can always cut stuff out later.
My personal statement was about two main events: (1) My kindergarten teacher telling us to find a job "you love." (2) Being amazed at how our pediatrician stopped my sister from crying AND fixed her boo boo.
I'm not sure if that counts as "sparkle" material, but it got me in... :P
I would recommend posting what you have so far so that we can read it and then offer suggestions. It would be much easier if we knew what you had already thought to include. (Meh, it sounds like I'm arrogant enough to use the royal "we").
Bobi, good luck with all that stuff. It's difficult!! E-mail ur draft if u want; I'd be more than happy to look at it for u. Or I can send u mine if u want to read it. I know u proofread it for me before! But yeah. If what u have is great, keep it. And just keep writing and writing til you get that sparkle. And fit it in! :)
