um what's the differance between duplicate and echo?

Echo is interpretive while Duplicate is technical. Duplicate requires a duplicate image while Echo could be use of text or visuals to convey the idea of an echo.

Is it ok if we use concept art for another game that then got turned into the game that we claimed?
(example: If I used concept art for Kurayami, which was never released but then got turned into Shadows of the Damned?)

If you're really running low on art, I'd allow it. But try not to use too much of it unless it's absolutely necessary.
