this is crap, stupid job placement by this school doesnt do crap! they told me to apply @ P. F. Changs, so i thought alright im going to work there! but no, they dont give a crap that i went to the "international bartending school" they need a bartender with more experiance. so the guy was like some places do a bar back, but we dont. and i was like

dont worry im sure you'll get a job soon enough. I do though think the server idea is good. Cause it counts as experience. Not exactly bartending experience but experience in a similar thing so it would look good.

I dunno if you're up for moving, But Xanterra is always hiring, and if nothing else, rough it working a bar in Yellowstone or the grand canyon for a couple months, for the sake of getting exp. and come back. I know Wendy didn't care for it, but with your license, I'm sure you could start with a Bartender I or II. I think they even have a hotel in Death Valeey that is hiring.

holy shit that makes me almost with i went to the bartending school now too! that would be kickass to work out. any of those places...though i don't really want to up and leave bako at the current moment.
