Age: Older than the Earth. Looks 30-ish.
Height: 180 cm (5' 11)
Weight: Needs a sammich.
Medical Info: Is an angel. Basically, a spiritual being with no medical info.
Eyes: Green.
Hair: Blond, shoulder-length and curly.
Physical traits: Has grey wings, similar to that of a dove, that can only be seen by those who can see spirits/auras/etc, unless he wants you to see them. Thin and girly. There are some misconceptions about this, and since he's supposed to be taken from The Bible, where he is depicted as male, and even Tilda Swinton has stated in interviews that she played him as a male, I'm going to go with that. While he IS male, his appearance is androgynous, giving him the physical characteristics of either an effeminate man or a pretty young boy, depending on how you perceive him. (LOL Tilda Swinton.)
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Spoilers for the end of Constantine, and ah... don't call him a half-breed.
Abilities: This is the part that gets a little long. Claircognizance/Empathy: As demonstrated when Constantine enters the monastery to speak with him about a recent exorcism and his trip to the hospital, in which he saw x-rays displaying the severity of his lung cancer.
Aerokinesis/Telekinesis: Canonically displays the ability to manipulate wind on multiple occasions; after Constantine fights Balthazar scattering the dying remains of his body, using a vacuum of sorts to kidnap Angela, and blowing John into a glass door. He kills Chaz by pulling him backward and slamming his body into the ceiling and floor. This means he can either move things with his mind, or he can manipulate the air to that extent-- either way, the result is the same. (I've looked into this, and while Gabriel is usually the angel of water in most citations, sometimes he and Raphael's elements get mixed up, as well as Raphael/Michael... but less often than not. Go canon.)
Invisibility/Teleportation: Both he and Balthazar display the ability to either be unseen, teleport, or just... manipulate things without being present. I'm doubting the latter, based on the scene where Angela finds Balthazar's coin at the bowling alley after he killed Beeman... with bees. After Constantine defeats Balthazar, whuke Balthazar is talking to Gabriel, Gabriel's shadow is visible-- so he has a physical presence. He may, from time to time, suddenly "appear" a'la Xenosaga's chaos. (From above/behind something/near an unopened door when nobody's looking, etc) 'TIS CANON.
Resurrection: Both Constantine and Balthazar plead with Gabriel to heal them/extend their lives. When John had nearly exorcised Mammon, he anoints Angela and touches her stomach where he was going to escape from, and he recovers his control/possession of her. (Canon sources describe this as Gabriel being the gatekeeper to Heaven on Earth.)
Influence: This is the kicker, folks. With or without using his voice, Gabriel can influence emotions or illusions-- such as Balthazar's means of making Hennesey drown himself with booze. Constantine says, "Angels and Demons can't cross over into our plane. So, instead we get what I call "half-breeds". The influence peddlers. They can only whisper in our ears. A single word can give you courage, or turn your favorite pleasure into your worst nightmare. Those with the demon's touch and those part angel, living alongside us. They call it the balance... I call it hypocritical bullshit. Heaven and hell are right here, behind every wall, every window, the world behind the world. And we're smack in the middle." While the demons tend to use cheat tactics to harm people, the angels act in an indirect way and keep to the rules of the balance... up until, you know, Gabriel; who still went about being the antagonist in a backwards, indirect way. So, if he uses this in-camp, it won't be a direct thing like making someone jump off a roof. He may, for example, meet someone who's upset and say something to the effect of, "It's okay." Which would make them actually feel like everything will work out. Or whatever, this is just an example, albeit a bad one. You get the point, right?

I do think (most of) these abilities jive with most classical sources and the movie canon... since Gabriel is typically attributed with psychic gifts, communication, resurrection, annunciation, and (formerly) the patron saint of the internet. XD He also represents the aspects of women in men (anima) and is sometimes depicted as female.
Notes for the Psychics: Fairly strong psychic offense and defense over here, so if you intend to go poking around in his mind, he'll know. Is also, obviously, GABRIEL. Also, something of note: He has never been injured, sick, or even felt physical pain; he also doesn't kill indiscriminately unless it's an order from God. (In canon, he uses Balthazar to kill off Constantine's friends, only intervening at the last moment.)
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure, but contact me if it's something you're unsure about.
Kissing/Hugging/Other non-violent physical contact: GO FOR IT? Try to flirt with him and he will giggle at you.
Maim/Murder/Death: Er... we'll have to talk.
Cooking: Can cook fairly well, I imagine?
