you're breaking out in hives! same thing happened to me last year, and it lasted for 6 months. i went to an allergist and he said that most of the time, they can't figure out what causes people to break out like that. i was convinced i was allergic to the cold, but it's winter again and i haven't gotten a reaction. just take zyrtec if it keeps happening.
