What a damn good weekend. Lots of family, lots of alcohol. Bonfire in my backyard. Attacked by the cutest puppy ever. A few shitty fireworks. A good game of wiffle ball which ended in me busting my ankle. Hot & sunny weather. Leftover soda & beer.

June starts tomorrow. Diet starts today. About 30 days until I go on vacation to Ocean City & I would like to drop some pounds before then. I put on a lot of weight after my surgery because I was stuck in the house everyday. I still cannot do all of the things I would like to do as far as exercise but my ankle can at least handle the exercise bike ( Read more... )

Way to be fickle. Again.

Despite the lack of going out I have done, I still love summer. The weather is absolutely gorgeous and it makes me happy. I found two half empty frozen margarita buckets downstairs and that makes me happy too. Also, I have permission to water the gardens everyday meaning fun with the hose. - Go to Martha's Vineyard or Cape Cod ...I've never been to either of them & that makes me sad
- Spend a sunny afternoon laying on a blanket in a park
- Go to a lot of picnics & BBQs ...I love potato salad, macaroni salad & beer
- Trip to the zoo
