Sure, that happens. I think it's the first one since November or so, though. Just as soon as it gets warm enough for the douchebags to get out of their car, this will happen more frequently.

I don't know if you get these, but I totally get security reports like every other day about weird or wrong stuff happening on campus. Somewhere, I have printed out, the email about someone getting arrested for "stealing toilet paper out of the dumpster behind Mitchell Hall". We had it on our office bulletin board for a while.
