If anyone happens to know how to request a special meal at continental.com that would be great. I can find a list of the meals they offer, but can't find anywhere to actually tell them to give me vegetarian food. It's very frustrating.

It should have been a question when you purchased your ticket. Unless you have an account with them, I don't know if you can update your meal preference after the fact online. You can probably call them with your confirmation number and get it fixed that way.
