This is so good sobs ;-; and it's jaejin/nicole too! ugh, it's so hard trying to find a good fic on them (or anything them, period) i love how you centered things around nicole's insecurity and low self-esteem and how you used the ranking as a plot. (i disagree too jsyk) she's always either smiling or laughing it off but i'm pretty sure she's hurt inside (esp after she said she actually knows she's last in terms of looks in kara :c ) but with this fic, she has someone who constantly tells and reminds her of how beautiful she actually is - be it outer or inner appearance. i adore just how in love he is with her, how he is always careful with his words afraid that he might end up hurting her instead. and just how protective he is of her

Yes, it is very hard to find a good fic on Kara & FT Island in general, especially this certain pairing. I don't think I've ever read a fic on them before, in fact. Which is why I wanted to contribute to this ship. I adore them to death, sobs ;;

Nicole is always too happy most of the time and it's hard to catch her being upset and whatnot, so I just really wanted to explore that side of her. As we've all heard before, people who laughs the loudest are usually the one who cries at nights.

such a pretty fic ♥ i love the way you portray nicole's insecurity and jaejin's infinite love for her here. your choice of words too are simple but the way you put them together makes it sound elegant. somehow i like it that they had to separate in the end since i understand the situation and her feelings yet i'm glad it doesn't mean they stopped liking each other. open endings are my favourite kind :)
