I have been tryng for MONTHS to work on this stupid J2 story. Months. It's a great idea, I love it, I have so much I want to do with it, and I can't get past the first God damn chapter.
I keep writing and deleting and rewriting. I want to punch a BABY I'm so frusterated.

No, honestly, why don't you just let that nasty first part rest for a while and dive right into part 2? When the fic's finished there probably won't be that many possibilities any more how to write the beginning.
And maybe make the editing really the last part of the whole endeavour? That way it's more fun for you to write (and it should be fun, goddamit ;-) and more fun for us 'cause we'll actually get to read it. :-)
