I changed this around since I've written it and it got shorter.

MY VIEWS ON PRO-LIFE OPINIONSWell to start this off, today, in Global History my teacher was speaking about governments and how they can make you do things that may be the total opposite of your personal beliefs. We brought up abortion and one girl said she thought it was wrong because she believed that everyone should be born. I didn't mind ( Read more... )

This is great. I definately agree with everything you said, and the fact that men have more control over this than women do really makes me pissed off. They don't have to deal with being pregnant in the light that women do, it's OUR bodies, not theirs. They(some) believe they give us our rights, oh nice, we got the right to vote in the 1900s when men were voting since the 1770s, aww how nice of them right? They think they do us fucking favors because we can't decide on our own. And so many people still think that way, in your words, it's the modern world, when will everyone wake up?

i TOTALLY 100 PERCENT AGREE
like janine said it is our bodies not theirs and it really is mind boggling that there are more men than women out there protesting for pro-life and such it's kind of sad that many females these days DON'T know what's going on and in a way don't give a shit that white middle aged men are choosing what they can do with their body, yeah sorry for the generalization but it's for the most part SAD but TRUE

You know what the funniest part is?
People who agree in making abortion illegal do support, even if indirectly, illegal abortions, because that's what will happen.
What do illegal abortions do a lot of the time? Kill mothers.
Pro-life? Ha.

uhm i agree with absolutely everything you said here. i don't think they should even consider abortion to become illegal because even though some people may find it to be "wrong", there are plenty of situations where it could not even be their fault they became pregnant. What if someone was to be raped and get pregnant? They didn't want that at all and it wasn't their choice. There are so many ignorant people in the world it disgusts me. If someone wants an abortion, it's their choice and their choice alone. No one should be able to tell anyone what they can and can not do with their body, and anyone who thinks differently can go fucking jump off a cliff.

Honestly, when I was younger I hated the thought of "abortion". Now, I am what I am and I feel if a woman wants to do that then it is her choice. Women are the most important species in the world, no matter what anyone says. With that said, a woman should be able to make any decision she wants whether or not people like it.

I hated the thought of it too when I was younger. I considered myself to be pro-life. But then I looked into and stuff. I still would never have an abortion but I realized that just because I couldn't bring myself to have one, that I shouldn't tell another person they can't have one. It's their choice. That's why I'm pro-choice and my choice is to not have one.
