Oh, but Vicki... the experts aren't saying what the politicos WANT to hear! Remember the eighties and Reagan, doing all those studies on acid rain, over and over, because no one would say, "Oh, don't worry, Mr. President, acid rain is GOOD for trees and lakes!! And here are the studies to prove it!"
