I can't tell if it's a painting or a sculpture -- cave paintings of lasceaux (sp?) on intestines?? Am I even close?

If you look at the entry for June 24, it's in the same series. Also, the December entry for the Small Wonders show is in the same series. There's a horse in the center of this one.
