Rant: The Loquacity of the Dead
Hey there, f-list! It's been almost a month since I've read your entries. The nets have gone crazy with horrible rains throughout the entire month of october. I'm way behind my ranting, nad behind in you journals, but I'll start checking daily now XD
So, interested in fangirl ranting? y/y??
I cannot leave the ending of Geass without a proper rant. I've written too much fic and love the characters to leave it just like that.
It had a befitting ending. Lelouch died for his sins, and pretty much everyone ended up either happy or fucked up. And some of them, happily fucked off.
Really liked Suzaku's ending, even if he is not my favorite. Poor Nunnally had to take all the trouble with Britannia, but with Cornelia to guide her, she will pull it off. As such a crappy ending as Schneizel deserved, it could have been even more crappy. And Diethard? Sure, he was a backstabbing son of a whore, but we always knew that. What is all the sudden hate?? XD
How come Kaguya and Cornelia did not get an ending close-up like everyone else? They only appear at the wedding photo!! Arggh, I am fated to love side-characters to death.
And Lulu? I hope and BELIEVE him to be six-feet underground. Hopefully buried next to Clovis as a karmic punishment XDD
But I also believe in Troll!Sunrise and that raises the possibility of an alive L.L that's laughing his head off at the stupidity of the world, while planning his next Coup with CC.
I wonder how it would have all ended, if Lulu hadn't changed his plans with the UFN to become Emperor. He'd married the Supreme Chairwoman as she became the Empress of Japan and become Royal Consort. CC would have been there for the lulz and the menage a 3 XDD
Now Clamp. The big differense between Sunrise and Clamp is that the first one is a troll for the lulz. The second one is a professional troll, and hey, if we are going to be trolled, it might as well be good trolling. I do not even try to make sense of tsubasa anymore, it breaks my head. And the thing is....that once you read everything that happens, somehow, it makes SENSE. WTH???
And nobody has a happy ending. Do you hear me, nobody!! Gosh, I never thought they'd kill off Sakura and Syaoran like that. Sure, they may be alive somewhere, or they are so awesome they escaped death. But by now, I'm just going with Clamp's flow. I just want to see action and blood now. Hopefully, Fei Wong Reed's blood and some of that Kyle-watanuki-lookalike-most-likely-to-be-clone. Not Clone!ofNotSyaoran because he is awesome. And NotSakura, darling, please tell us your name. It's not funny anymore.
I need a KickYourAss!King Touya and ClearlyYue!Priest to come back to the story, like NOW. Especially, if they kick ass and show off powers and cold snarls. Yukito with a (strong) back bone? Yes please!
As for Watanuki...is it just me, or that mansion reminds anyone the Daidouji mansion?? I can't recall how that home looked in the manga, but dammit, I kept thinking Sonomi or Tomoyo were to pop up any moment now. Or Amamiya-Grandpapa. I want to know in what timeline you where dropped off, Wata-chan, because, clearly, that cannot be the time that corresponds Jr.
As you can clearly see, I am a hopeless CCS fan.
And a tip for you writers in my f-list: think things through before even TRYING to mess with Clampverse. I've been there, and now with all of these develpoments, I have been trolled all the way to Clow Country and back. Ruined timelines and people appearing where they are not supposed to be. I have to revise stories now.
