Only ambiguous due to the safety aspect; the comparison between it and the Fiesta is amazing - the Fiesta feels like a 4x4 in comparison (little car is a Ka).
Yes, insurers certainly will be pursuing a personal injury claim. Work last night was very painful indeed and I just couldn't face it today.
