I'm currently off work; my boss says that I'm not to go back until I'm off the painkillers, as he is worried about my driving while on them (for anyone who's never taken co-codamol, it can make your head feel as though it's full of cotton wool).  I am typing this with just my right hand, as the pain in my left shoulder and arm seems just to be

Hey Hun, hope you feel better soon, not sure if you still plan on mooting but if you are might I suggest you get a sling to (a) support your shoulder and (b) show people need to take extra care if they are hitting you.
