So, the Coast Guard decided to tell me today that I am Too Fat. The weight limit for a guy my height is 190, and I weighed in at 194. So now I have to go to medical so they can examine me and decide if I am healthy enough to loose this weight, and then loose said weight. But when I start in facilities, in two weeks I plan on biking to and from work

5'9" then they taped me to check my body fat % and apparently I'm over that too.

Oh, I am 5'11.5. The doc suggested I could lose 5 pounds and I will see about that.
