Do you? Ah, that's horrible! I totlly did too, until I found out about Melatonin, it's totally the only thing out of the millions of things I've tried that actually helps me sleep for reals, and not feel drugged the next day, since it's something natural our brains produce anyways (or should). That, and I stopped drinking coffee in the afternoon/evening, I bet that has something to do with it =)
I was on sleeping pills for about a year, but I don't like them, they make me feel sluggish the next day. Yeah, apparently you're not supposed to drink coffee after 4pm.
Me too, sleeping pills are lame. Have you tried Melatonin, for reals? It so works and if you don't take too much you'll wake up just fine, you should totally try it. It's in the vitamin section on stores, and get the 1mg ones if you do. I only need like 1/2 a mg, some people need like 3
