Cally was cooking pancakes. Chocolate chip pancakes with a sprinkling of powdered sugar and some whipped cream, to be completely precise. It was a sort of... surprise, for Mac.

Plus, it smelled really, really good.

She hummed to herself as she worked.

It took a bit of time for smell of cooking to really get through to Mac. She wasn't really fully awake, even when she made her way over to Cally, mumbling a "Good morning."

"Morning," Cally said. She pushed the finished plate of pancakes towards Mac. "These are for you."

"Ooh... is there a special occasion or something?" she asked curiously, just checking she wasn't missing anything.

"Nope," Cally said. "Other than me really wanting chocolate chip pancakes." She flashed a bright smile at Mac.
