Those that are married will remain married. The rest will have to keep fighting and this is only a set back. A real rough setback, yet not the end of the fight.
Actually the proposition doesn't address it, and for now, they say that it will be up the courts once it's offically announced as passed. If it passes, it will have to go to the Federal Supreme courts, who will likely not want to touch it.
When listening to SF Mayor on 92.7, he addressed what would happen if the ballot passed. That's where I was getting my info. 92% reported in so far... that last 8% can still swing it, I hope.
